Flip Side's burgers are made exclusively from Ohio raised, grass-fed beef. ''the burgers not only taste amazing, they boast health, environmental, and buy-local benefits... '' Cleveland Scene, May 2011. There's more to Flip Side than just great burgers. We also serve unique appetizers, free-range chicken sandwiches, fresh chopped salads and hand-cut triple cooked fries. Stopped by for drinks and dinner after a day on the slopes. The interior is so cozy (and way more room than I originally expected)! Playlist was great and our server was excellent. Highlight though was the food and drink! I had the chili mule and it was fantastic, not too sweet and the perfect amount of spice. Pair that with the smash burger and sweet potato fries and I was in heaven! My husband had the apple brie burger and the tots, which came with an awesome dipping sauce. We'll be back next time we're in the area!
Stopped in for a bite after a day on the mountain and were NOT disappointed! No wait on a Monday evening and every staff member was very pleasant. The menu was incredible but the flavors and quality of ingredients were even better. The bison burger was second to none - this will be our first stop next time we come to Breck!
Cool place that is much larger than it appears from the outside. Lots of TV's that are viewable from every angle. I am Celiac and they have GF buns so I could pick from any burger offerings. Major props on that! The server also indicated that they have a separate fryer for the fries so no cross contamination. Very solid option.
